Due to our tightly structured organization of short distances we are able to meet all requirements quickly and efficiently. Therefore we waive hierarchies and rely first and foremost on competence. A well structured organization both creates flexibility for our personnel to act autonomously and independently and thereby improves motivation and performance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our customers and partners shall be able to find the appropriate contact person for their issues immediately. Therefore we are available round the clock, also outside the business hours via the central office or directly via mobile phone.

Our distribution and scheduling departments process your requests and tailor the projects. As quickly as possible a project manager is made available for our customers and we make sure that a contact person deals with all issues of the respective project.

Of course our customers can have direct access to our departments from accountancy to storage at any time. The respective contact person can be found from the start page under “Contact”.

Our organization chart shall focus on the customer’s needs. Therefore we all are always responsible to our customers.
